I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Silesia, an attorney-at-law (entry No. Kt-2115), and a partner in AKCES Law Firm since 2003.

I gained my professional experience in the biggest law firms in Silesia, as well as in large companies and service providers in Poland and abroad. I have many years’ experience in providing comprehensive legal services to medium and large enterprises.

I am a longtime member of the Silesian District Chamber of Legal Advisers in Katowice and since 2020, I am also the dean of that Chamber council. I am a long-term supervisor and examiner of trainee attorneys-at-law. I speak English.

I gained my professional experience in property developers and real estate management companies. I have also worked for institutions engaged in providing regional public aid for new investments in the form of tax reliefs (CIT/PIT). I have a lot of experience in providing comprehensive legal services to medium and large enterprises, including companies operating in special economic zones under obtained permits and decisions on supporting new investments.

I provide legal assistance in the process of obtaining public aid, implementing new investments, as well as in the course of running businesses with the use of aid funds.

I am a graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Silesia, an attorney-at-law (entry No. Kt-2136), and a partner in AKCES Law Firm since 2003.

I specialise in medical law, public procurement law, and construction law. In public procurement procedures, I represent contracting parties as well as contractors before the National Board of Appeal. I have been providing legal services to public and non-public healthcare entities for years now and I have been actively participating in their investment processes. I also deal with issues relating to transport law, and since I have some experience in banking, I take care of matters relating to broadly understood banking law and bill of exchange and check law.

I sat in the Provincial Committee for Medical Events in Katowice. I speak fluent English.
