We determine cooperation principles individually for each client, adapting them to the scope of tasks, the nature of the legal assistance provided, and to the client’s expectations. 

Our Firm applies the following settlement methods:

– lump sum remuneration – applied most frequently when providing legal services to entrepreneurs on a regular basis or performing tasks for which it is possible to assess workload in advance;

– hourly rates – applied for one-time orders or permanent cooperation based on a variable demand for legal assistance or a demand that is difficult to quantify in advance;

– legal representation costs – defined in the contract, in particular based on the rates set forth in relevant legal regulations on attorneys’ fees and the success bonus, if applicable.
